Shipping Information:Once your order is received it will be shipped from our warehouse in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Shipping charges are added to the net cost of your purchase using Canada Post to calculate approximate shipping costs.
All orders within USA and Canada use standard shipping delivery via Canada Post. If you wish to have your purchase trackable and/or with insurance, the cost will be US4.50 in Canada & USA. Please indicate this desire during the check-out process in the "comments" section, or email info@stephanbakerphotography.com with your request. This additional cost will be billed separately upon confirmation.
For overseas shipments: email: info@stephanbakerphotography.com for a rate.
Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to Customs charges; sorry, we have no control over this.
Return Information:
At Stephan Baker Photography, we stand behind every product that we sell. We 100% guarantee the products to be as shown and described. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition to the address below within 7 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Return Instructions:
The printed invoice included with the original shipment (or a copy of the invoice) must be included with your return.

- Would you like a replacement item or be refunded.
